At Media & Marketing Waale (MMW), a subsidiary of Grow With Us Ventures, we are committed to delivering top-tier digital marketing and social media services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Digital Marketing and Social Media Services:

• If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service delivery. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mediamarketingwaale@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of your concerns.
• Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. MMW reserves the right to decline a refund request if we determine that the service was delivered as per the agreed terms or if the dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond our control.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

2. Package-Based Refund Policy

Standard Package (₹ 50K):

• Includes 3 Posts/Week (Total 12 Posts), 2 GIF Animations Per Month, Post Design, Content Writing, and Inclusive Paid Advertisement of INR 1000.
• To cancel the Standard Package after payment, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. A partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work already completed. If substantial work has been done, a refund may not be possible.

Economy Package (₹ 100K):

• Includes 4 Posts/Week (Total 16 Posts), 4 GIF Animations Per Month, Post Design, Content Writing, Social Media Optimization, and Inclusive Paid Advertisement of INR 2000.
• Refunds for the Economy Package will follow the same policy as the Standard Package, with adjustments based on the project’s progress.

Premium Package (₹ 150K):

• Includes 6 Posts/Week (Total 16 Posts), 6 GIF Animations Per Month, Post Design, Content Writing, Social Media Optimization, and Inclusive Paid Advertisement of INR 5000.
• Given the higher level of service involved, refunds for the Premium Package will be considered with greater scrutiny. We encourage addressing any concerns early in the process to avoid the need for refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• One-Time Services: Any one-time services, such as logo design, iconography, or media planning, are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• Paid Advertisements: Fees paid for third-party advertisements (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the third-party platforms and are outside of our control.

4. Cancellations

To cancel ongoing services, you must provide written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in charges for the next cycle.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

MMW, a subsidiary of Grow With Us Ventures, reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Refund Policy periodically.
